* All orders for delivery to the Rest of the World are charged by the weight of products – the estimated cost (38€) for delivering your items will be shown at the checkout. In case the delivery cost will be higher we reserve the right to charge you extra.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

EU
We aim to deliver in-stock products within 2 – 5 working days of purchase.

ROW
Items are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 working days of purchase and we aim to deliver orders within 8-14 working days from dispatch.

Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the dates stated on the website, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorization, stock availability or international customs clearance. Please expect longer delivery times in pick seasons (Christmas, Bank Holidays, Sales…).

 

RETURNS 
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of delivery.
